Jumping lessons

Jumping lessons have been held at fortnightly intervals at Alsager Equestrian Centre with Joy Toomer for many years.  We do not think that we currently have enough regular riders to run on a fortnightly basis. I am happy to organise ad hoc sessions at Alsager provided we have at least three riders (£23 each).  Timing and day can be arranged to suit the group and availability of the venue. Cross country sessions can also be arranged at Smallwood or Somerford but we need five riders on a session to cover costs.  Please use our Facebook page to discuss among yourselves if you wish to set up a session.

Hats should be to the correct 2024 British Riding Clubs standards and preferably pink tagged.  Body protectors should be worn by novice riders and air jackets may be worn.  Footwear should be correct with a suitable heel and stirrups should be a suitable width, neither too wide nor too tight.  Horses must be vaccinated against equine influenza. BBA recommends that riders carry in case of emergency information at all our events.  Neck straps are a good idea especially with young or inexperienced horses.
